Not a fan of the sales pitches!

The program keeps asking the same questions over and over. The filing process is ridiculously long, complicated by the program continuously asking if you want to purchase products. I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. It was much easier 10 years ago. If this is AI, I am not impressed or satisfied. I will strongly think about doing our own taxes next year by hand.

OVER CHARGES

Over charged me all I had was a renters credit and I am on disability they charged me $88 also said it would be less.
