Turbo Tax gets it done, for a price

Turbo Tax gets the job done but, at the end, they nickel and dime your refund away with fees for this, then fees for that. $124.00 0f my refund burned up in fees.

Expert Tax Advisor Wonderful

The TurboTax system itself is fine, but I especially appreciated the service I received from Bob, my tax expert. He took a great deal of time to investigate the factors contributing to my state return, and I found him to be very knowledgeable about tax rules and processes. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Every year I do my tax return with Turbo Tax, periodically I am asked if I want to upgrade while do the return. I say no, but I am always charged a fee. This year I opted to pay the fee with my tax return. I did not realize both the $39 dollar fee plus $40. I thought that it would cost me a $1 more to have my fee deducted from my return.
I still don't know how you can advertise free filling when I pay for it every year and request "FREE".

The software was very user friendly. I woud recommend to any single parent that doesn't have the funds to go to an accountant. I am not tech savvy and still understood it.
