First Time Using Turbo Tax

This is my first year using Turbo Tax. I have been using Tax Act every year since 2014 but I was looking elsewhere as they kept raising their prices on my returns. I received an email from Intuit regarding a special promotion for 25% off my taxes as my employer uses their services so therefore I qualified for a deal. After using the software, I found your website easy to navigate and the UI is very user friendly. I especially liked how periodically the system would make sure I'm doing everything correctly and alert me if errors were made or additional lines needed my attention. I plan on using this software again next year to do my taxes and I also plan on recommending this to my mother and friends who are looking to do their taxes solo.

I always use Turbo Tax every year. It's so easy to use and friendly! I love that I can do it from the comfort of my own home, and if I need extra help, the LIVE helpers are there.

the fees are ridiculous. if you say its free it should be free
