Not free, finished entering all info then informed me they will charge should have been told when the info they claim is complicated filing was completed I would not have proceeded

Forced me to try and pay with either an interest plan or IRS payment plan. Had to refile 6 times to get the option for credit/debit card to populate. Discouraging.

Super inconvenient having to go through twelve steps puting in banking information, making selections, just to be told your not eligible for things like direct deposit. makes zero sense. will never use TurboTax again.
