I would use a better site if they didn't all suck

Every year it tells me it will take 1 hour to d my taxes and every year it takes 10. I have to use Chat GPT to understand everything this year because the ai on this site sucks Also foud a bug that I had to fix on my own.

On line Turbo Tax is no longer a great choice

I have been a turbo tax member for many years. I hate the change to an on line format instead of a disc. I had problems logging in and I just do not like the new format. It did not integrate previous years data, forcing me to re-enter everything. The fees you are charging now are outrageous. I am not longer a Turbo Tax user. I will use a different service in the future. Basically, I hate this change. Get rid of the AI and go back to customer service.

TurboTax is expensive!

TurboTax is always more expensive than they initially advertise. I was told at the beginning of my filing that it would cost me $49, and it ended up costing $128.
