No I did not engage with one of your agents. Overall the software was easy to use and understand, I am disappointed I was not able to view or print my State Return Document, hopefully I can print them in the next couple weeks.

Every year I file my taxes with Turbo Tax and every year I am happy with the results. It is fast, easy to understand and very affordable. It hits every mark on my "I will definitely use it again" checklist.
