Tells me doing myself is charging "$0" for do it yourself. Gets charged for features I never asked for.

Seems easier to use than previous years. A little trying to keep denying extra services/costs, but overall easy and quick to use.

The website is terrible. I lives in Texas and for the interest form, it keeps asking for a state but does not give me any choice of Texas.
