Turbo Tax is simple to follow, they make very easy to complete each section. I like that is ask questions you tend to forget to enter and double checks each section before you move on to another.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Not good for privacy, but decently functional

It makes certain things easy, and it's good that they brought back the real time refund tracker, but the interface can be buggy at times, and it's awful how Intuit tries to trick you into giving your sensitive tax data to them for their own purposes, with an official looking decision screen that makes it seem like a required step.
Also, they got rid of ItsDeductible this year. Honestly, it was like the only thing keeping me attached to Turbotax, since it let you automatically load your donations in. Now it's all manual. I'm going to be looking for a different tax service next year.
