Easy, simple and quick to do. Very helpful and useful. The questions are accurate and easy to answer. The features of the helpful hints help me understand the questions better. Overall, amazing experience, I've used this software time and time again.

Overpayment option is hidden

A little confusing, but overall ok. Biggest complaint is how you HIDE how to apply overpayment to next year. Finally figured out the federal with the help of GPT. Gave up on state after a half hour and took the refund. This has to be because you are trying to upsell. But it is ridiculous!
