Turbo tax was great. Some things could be changed. Like charging turbo tax money to pay with refund. If we are choosing to use our refund to make a payment we should not be penalized for it.

I've used it for several years now - very easy to use for someone like me who doesn't know much about taxes. I also really like that it remembers my info from year to year so it's gotten faster and faster to file every year.
