not using turbo tax again

To many fees when told you could file for free. Can't ask questions have to upgrade for that. Kept going back saying I didn't file sales tax when I would go back it would tell me I live in FL I don't have sales tax. Then upon checkout I'm told I have to pay another 40.00 dollars since I'm paying the 39 dollar fee with my refund. Maybe people choose that because they don't have the money to pay up front. Will not be using turbotax next year and i will let family and friends know why so they can think about choosing another tax refund service

I started using turbotax to file last year and it is so easy to do and I get my return fast!! I love it and I have turned at least 2 of my coworkers to use it as well!! I will keep using it until I cant anymore!!
