Turbo Tax is GREAT

I have used Turbo Tax for years. There was a small problem yesterday--TT kept telling me there was a problem with my retirement income form, so I logged out. When I opened TT today the problem was fixed and I have now e-filed my return. As usual, it didn't take TT long to see that they had a problem and fix it. So, I was able to file my return with only a small issue. Thanks Turbo Tax for making my life easier!

Excessive Fees are a form of Greed!!!!

Fees for using fed return to pay for the software are tooooo high!!! You set it up as a trap and don't disclose the fees until the end in small print. The fees for different forms of payment should be disclosed along with the fees for the software. Excessive fees on top of charges for the software are a show of greed! Do better for your customers.
