Problem with 1099R for NY State

Wouldn't let me file electronically initially because I input exactly as presented on the 1099-R, i.e. zero in box 16. Apparently, you have to input the same number in box 16 as in box 1 even though that is not what the 1099-R shows.
Was able to e-file after I did this.

Turbo Tax A.I. 1.0 STANDARD (do not make it worse)

The basic A.I, interface works fine. May or may need font size adjustment depending on user. Overall answers were not convoluted and the answers did not end with another question. It was basic and basic done correctly. Only minor change is possible expansions as to why if question is not answered. But that is a given so 4 out of 5. 5 out of 5 would have been that A.I, also guides and with certain feature can help one itemize better. That and add to the accuracy of what could be deducted that had not been originally thought possible but applicable and legal. It was compatible with the OS I am using for my home system and no glitches or bugs, or lags.
