My husband did our turbo tax refund this year while I stood beside him, listening. Some instructions were not all that clear and there should be an easier way to get back to a certain point without causing all the frustration. Also, we don't need ALL the ads popping up for your services. Once is enough for all that. It was almost to the point of closing it all and going to have someone else do it just because of the constant ads.
