Older users are abused

Great First Time Use

Easy to navigate, when I did get stuck it was easy to look up needed clarifications, I also like how accurate the forms are and how they make sure you didn't miss anything

Price Discrepancy

the use of TurboTax is easy. The disappointing factor with this service is that it said it was charging 40 dollars which was 5 more than H&R Block but since I had already entered all of my information, I decided to pay. When it charged me it said $49 plus tax for a total of 53 dollars. That is not right! and it says it after you already put in your card and pay so there is no way to cancel.
