turbo tax way to go

it got a little more difficult and time consuming although I put everything in on my own and still have to pay taxes for this online deluxe. its still cool thank you.

Pretty easy to use

It was pretty easy to use. I had some trouble with a couple of things related to moving from one state to another but eventually got it done correctly.

My Last Year Using Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years, with this years changes in services customers are forced to upgrade. While guiding myself through the process, like usual, I was forced to upgrade to "Do It Yourself Deluxe" for filing more than a 1040EZ. I have filed for FREE with Turbo Tax while owning multiple properties and operating my own business. A nickel and dime practice against each customer, purely and simply. The saving grace was the helpful customer service rep that did her best to resolve my concern.
