Some trouble refiling

My return was rejected, and I appreciate the opportunity to easily refile, but it was confusing once I got in. I kept getting a message that I needed to revisit the same section over and over again even though I already had. So that was confusing. I went back, verified that I'd uploaded the form I needed, and refiled despite the warning. It was confusing.

It was awful. I always do my own taxes ABBA now I’m being charged when I didn’t agree to it. Go figure 🙄

Not a great experience

Not great. My initial refund for federal was 6,000, then decreased to 2,000 after I paid $88.00 to file. You also charge people who are filing unemployment 1099. Does that make sense charge people more given those circumstances? If I had a better option, I wouldn't use Turbo Tax. Turbo tax is a money thirsty and will find anyway to squeeze money out of honest tax payers.

greedy charging on every single thing. i do the free version and somehow they are taking half my return in fees.
