turbo tax is pretty easy to navigate however, some things could be simplified so that regular people can understand better. and the fact that this used to be a free service and now can be costly does not sit well with some people.

Turbo Tax worked well

I have used TT Desktop for years but had to move to the on line version due to system constraints on my iMac. Was not able to import my prior return info so I had to manually enter all the data. After that, it was pretty seemless other than having to secure a Pin from the IRS.
