Expensive with hidden fees

Cost me $80 to file the most basic Federal+Local tax returns then wanted to charge another $40 to have it come out of my taxes. I wish we would legislate you out of existence.

Very disappointed

I used to Love TurboTax, it was so easy and cheap but now it seems so much more complicated and they will do any and everything to up charge you. Filing has been extremely frustrating the last few years.This year TurboTax wouldn't file my taxes unless I upgraded to the deluxe version which was "on sale' from $89 to $49 and I was paying with my refund, but I was still charged $89 with no option to change and no real explanation as to why. I will definitely be looking for alternatives next year. Ive been using Turbo Tax for many years and only had issues the past 2, I'm very disappointed to say the least.
