No refund for service with federal funds

Second year filing through TurboTax, first year was super confusing only did it through here again because it is a little easier than going through someone. Not happy with the refund fee, I switched bank accounts and now getting charged a fee instead of getting that fee removed by using my refund as payment for here. Only nice thing is keeping all my information in one place.

The employer tax number with no dashes or spaces is confusing because mine has a dash and spaces on my W2

easy with fee surprises

easy to do but multiple hidden fees. It asked if I wanted to pay the $39 fee with my refund. I thought why not. After 40minutes and I get to the end to find out they want $40 on top of that as a fee to pay with refund. Did not see that in the beginning. At that point, I was too tired to flip back through to find the option to undo it. I think they are counting on that.
