This is the second year in a row that we have used TurboTax and have been extremely pleased with the ease of use. It walks you through the process step by step and reviews along the way.

I have always used Turbo Tax. Supper easy to use and very user friendly. If I need help, I have the ability to ask for specialist. They check and double check everything to make sure all information is correct. They make sure you look over all qualifying deductions. So helpful and appreciative of Turbo tax. Your software makes my life at tax time simple. Never have any issues when it comes to filing.

Turbo Tax is Awful! Stay away!

I would rate zero stars if I could. I am greatly disappointed in turbo tax. The reason being is because I had to pay $88 ahead of time for the deluxe package just because I am using the lifetime learning credit. I have never ever had to pay money to file my taxes before. I am extremely irate right now. Reconsider allowing people to continue using the free version even with this specific tax credit. You are screwing over broke college students that depend on getting every back on their tax refund. Also you have the nerve to charge a fee for using the money from the tax refund to cover the fee for the deluxe version? Have shame. Deceptive pricing. I will never ever use your worthless tax software every again. Good riddance.
