I love using turbo tax. I've used them since the first time I ever filed taxes. They are super easy to use and understand. This is the first year I've had to pay to file my taxes. That was a bummer.

turbo tax is easy to use and file your tax returns. it guides you through the deductions and other stuff that is confusing. Turbo tax rules !!!!

There used to be a chat option to ask questions without paying for the live advisor. That feature would be great just to have a little reassurance that everything is going smoothly. Even putting a limit to how many questions you can ask and then recommending the advisor would be acceptable.
