High fees suck

It's not right that if I chose to "Do it Myself" I still have such high fees to pay eventhough I'm doing to 90% completey by myself and chosing to not to use your " deluxe" features

The program is designed to be predatory and aims to trap you into more expensive products with no recourse but wiping your data and starting over. It seems like they hope people will just pay for expensive services they don't need or want because the cost of starting over is not worth it. Make sure you are in the service you actually want, and if you can't seem to find the product you are looking for, just keep clicking through the service offerings; they hide the "do it yourself" options well.

First time using Turbo Tax to submit our taxes and it was super easy and convenient. The notes next to each question were very helpful if I got stuck or was questioning myself. I liked that by scanning in my W-2 it automatically filled out most of the sections accurately.
