Do Not Use TurboTax

This was a very frustrating experience, I was forced to upgrade which I did not want to do and of course after I upgraded I was charged additional fees and now the after the fees, the original refund I would've received is less than the amount. I did not want to upgrade therefore that should have been an option, I will not be using Turbo Tax in the future and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Turbo tax just wants your money

Every 5 minutes I am interrupted and asked to upgrade or allow TurboTax to use my info. This makes me very upset and frustrated. This process is also not very friendly for those that are eligible for a free return. Because the system doesn’t really want is to file free returns. Kind of a scam if you ask me.

More expensive, less features, more confusing

I just don't get it. It gets more expensive to file, Intuit cancels software critical to completing the return (ItsDeductible), more confusing, beta features that don't work, and force you in to a product that also costs money to file state returns. What exactly are we paying for? Next year we will use something else to file our returns.
