This has been the worst experience i have had with turbo tax, been using the product since launch. Ai ruined this service. Features feel incomplete, guidance is inaccurate and confusing and the last minute nickle and dime additions in price werent great either

TurboTax makes it easy to file taxes every year. Its guidance with every step is a plus. I like how all the new laws and rules are updated each year. I enjoy filing my own taxes at my own pace and time.
