Another unpleasant year with turbo tax - worst yet

Website needs some work. Some pages have a scroll bar, all of a sudden a page doesn't, and I had to eventually figure out to click somewhere on the page and scroll down with the arrow on my laptop. Very annoying. Also I'm charged a fee because I used a 1095, and I'm also charged for NC taxes for some reason. No explanation why. If I chose the option to pay out of federal taxes it seemed to charge an extra $40 - no explanation why! I had to use a credit card to avoid that. None of it made sense. Give clear explanations! Why was I being charged to have it taken out of federal taxes so I could avoid having to use a card?? I still don't get it. Oh and this sucks too. Words messing up as I type, glitching out, erasing letters and I have to backspace and retype them. Again, website needs work!

Turbo Tax is very easy to navigate

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2011, I haven't had any issues. When I had questions Turbo Tax Representatives were very easy to contact.

I had to wait to file my taxes until I had the proper tax forms. Once the forms were available I could file and I did.

The experience is nice. I do appreciate the check in, but I think the constant upgrade check-ins are distracting and overwhelming. If they are asked less or between sections it would be less stressful. I also do not fully enjoy the increases in pay but it is still worth it.
