Don't like new format. It did not acknowledge dependents from last year and I had to hunt to find where to add them. I like the old format much better.

Turbo is convenient and mostly easy to use. They always advertise its free, but it isn't. The least cost for 2024 is $39.

Extra processing fee

I get that you need to pay for services but adding a processing fee on top in addition to each return amount is ridiculous.

I got unemployment because of the hurricane disaster and my job being shut down, so I needed some kind of special form for TurboTax, which they made me pay for!
