Promise free file; but then always force an upsell. Even after being sued for it in the past. Doesn't feel very honest; but ultra easy to use.

simple, cheap, pretty fast, and accurate

at least when filing mostly a simple return..its a breeze..
i took some money out of my 401k, had no issues adding in 1099 form, along with w2
explanations are handy if you arent quite sure about something
i did the " on my own" version, so this isnt a review of using the more advanced/higher costing versions.
