i shouldn't have to pay to file my taxes. its a federal requirement. Website itself is designed to rick you into paying for more services and giving them personal information.

Overall a pretty seamless operation. Any confusion it clarified by the help tabs and I love that there are options for different types of tax help. No pressure.
