Overpriced/Gimmicky

Basic version is too expensive, especially when I'm doing all the work myself. Also it offered me a way to get my refund 5 days early, then said I was ineligible without explaining why.

TurboTax is super easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. I had never done my taxes before, and so I was a bit anxious about trying to navigate everything. The chat box is really helpful, and the individuals I spoke with when calling Help Line with questions were helpful and friendly. I feel very confident and proud of myself for learning how to do my own taxes!
