i have used turbo tax for years and have even recommended to friends. I worked for IRS so my taxes had be accurate. Never a problem. Very user friendly

My experience with TurboTax is fairly good. It was easy and simple filing my taxes, but the only complaint I have is that it kept trying to require me to fill in my state ID number, in which my state doesn't have state income tax.
