20% Discount DID NOT WORK

It's rather simple to use but I was supposed to get a 20% discount from a code link from a friend who just filed. When I started it said congrats you will save 20% but then it never was applied and most likely he will not get his $25 gift card. Which is why I only rated it 3 stars.
