User Friendly, not Free, cost increases often

Turbo tax is easy to use if you know how to file. Other than that, the cost goes up 10-15 bucks every year which leads me to wanting to try different options in the future.

Always use, super fast and easy I have done my taxes every year with TurboTax and get a great return, I have compared to other websites and the cost of using TurboTax is well worth it
