Everything was made way too confusing. Things changed when I came back to finish my return, not happy with my experience at all. I have always used turbo tax since I got my first job at 13 and I’m now 32. Don’t like how I put in for the standard free filling and at the end, I am charged will be looking else where for next year to file. My opinion is my opinion governed by the constitution of the United States of America.

The fact that you wanted to charge me a fee for having the Turbo Tax be taken out of my federal return is ridiculous.
