New interface is not an upgrade

I have been using TurboTax for many years and this new interface sucks. Normally I have purchased a CD and have had complete satisfaction with the interface.

Chat saves the day

There were some issues with installation/download and state filing however the "chat" function was very effective in helping to resolve the issue.

How can I make so little money and this service takes almost half of my pittance of a refund? 49 for federal 30 something for state, another 40 for idk what. Sure you make it easy to file. But half my refund??
