absolutely horrible i was forced to upgrade to the deluxe version and had to pay $128 when it was just my w-2's and my renters things

I have never filed Taxes alone and always had someone there to help me understand the information I needed to give. This was my first time doing them myself and let me say the process is SO easy, everything is explained well and they don't overcharge at all! I will definitely continue to use TurboTax for many years to come :)
