qiuick, easy to use. pretty self guidance and self use with out spending hundreds. multiple packages to use, and easy to use for first time filers.

Uninclusive and confusing

There was no option to say hey im 18 ive never filed taxes it was just confusing. also there was no dualcitizen option which was very confusing because i am both canadian and american. AND how i had to pay because i have a foreign bank account???!! that should not make me have to pay 50 dollars. this is genuinely not inclusive for dualcitizens and i do not reccomend this.

security issue

everything is good, when i had a chat with agent, they took screen share, they are able to see my SSN. i am terrified when they see my ssn and details, you guys needs to fix that.

Stupid code

I live in Washington State, where there is no state income tax. Several forms like 1099s have boxes for state codes, which may or may not have entries. Often your software will not let me proceed without selecting a state code from a list. The drop-down list does not contain the name of my state; it is impossible to supply the name with keystrokes. This is a stupid mistake by your designers, and I have complained about it before.
