Great for me, easy for me to use. Affordable, for me. Very reasonable, just lacking transparency. Multiple points of sneaky and hidden charges, nearly impossible for my peers to use at a fair price.

I have used Turbotax for over 25 years and I love it. However the fees have went up tremendously when it is all done electronically. When those of us have our stuff together, is there not discounts we could get?
