Way too many additional payments are added on throughout the process. It does not come out nearly as reasonably as anticipated

Stop advertising free when it is not free!

Frustrating when free filing is advertised but then charged once getting to the end of the process. Overall product is good and the only reason I used it this year was because it had my information from it year. When I am qualifying for the standard deduction, it makes it less worth it to continue to use the platform. And the lobbying the company does, is unethical to me.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years

For the most part Turbo Tax is user friendly. However this year I had to look for additional tax deductions without Turbo Tax prompting me for them. I almost filed without significant deductions I would have missed out on. That is why I only gave 4 Stars instead of 5. I would give 4 1/2 Stars if I could.

Turbo tax is a scam

The reason I picked turbo tax was because it said I could do my federal taxes for free if done by the end of February. This was an $88 LIE AND SCAM.
