Not the best...

Hi,
I was searching around to see what options are out there and to find a better deal. I did find another company OLT, their prices are way cheaper. I understand why too, because I do more of the work, which is fine. However, when I was on your site Turbo, the wording is a little misleading. It was my understanding that even though there is a page that asks for my card info, nothing would be charged. To my dismay, I do see a charge posted on my account. Since that has already been taken out and my Federal from this other place due to an IP PIN or something like that got rejected. This time, and since the money is already taken out, I have decided to go thru you guys one last time. I am disappointed that the verbiage on your site does state that you can pick which one you would like to file.

It was very easy to get through my taxes most times I have a very hard time but with the app I was very impressed and I didn’t stress out working through everything
