Turbo Tax is a NO

sucks!! scams you into paying at the very end, charges extra to even deposit it into my account, doesn't utilize your saved information and makes you manually input it all over again, arbitrary fees, tries to slip sneaky things in like saving your payment information even if you selected "no", not user-friendly at all anymore. I've used this service a lot over the years, and it keeps getting worse. I won't be using it again.

GOOD PRODUCT! I wish I could get advice for free especially since i am paying anyways. Like an option if you have less then three simple questions it is included in your fees.

I used this completely by myself and the website helped me make sure I was getting everything done. I liked the questions that were there to guide it. The website itself looks good and is easy to use.
