It's my first time. It's easy with Tubo Tax to fill my W-2 . I like and i will use Turbo Tax any time now. I do it myself.

Turbotax is convenient but slimy

Convenient way to file but lure you in with hidden fees, promising free return but adding fees after the fact and disclosing said fees in a tricky way. Extremely repetitive prompts to upgrade the service you opted to use. Have to pay for state and federal returns separately. Extra fee to take filing costs out of return. difficult to navigate between each page. If you want to review one page, you have to start the whole section over. Repetitive requirement to keep filling out information over and over. Even the Stupid worthless AI review topic tool they use to skim this as I'm typing keeps deleting letters as out of random words as I'm typing.

file free is not free when you charge 49 then 69 for support pick one fie free and charge for support. its so misleading. only reason why i go with turbo tax is the guidance. if i find another with same but cheaper i will jump ship next year.
