helpful and accurate

I live in a area of a tiny city call point arena, the town I live in is a rural coastal area and THERE IS ALMOST NOTHING HERE.
Turbo tax is a HUDGE help for me to file my taxes and the free tax education on the fly is everything.

I like Turbo Tax

Had some glitches at the end where it kept looping back to same questions so I had to keep going back.

I do not like the hidden fees

i do not like the hidden fees. It states "start free" I understand a $40.00 charge for the service, however when checking out there is an additional fee of $49.00. So starting for free really is not free.

false advertising of being FREE

It was easy to use, but didn't appreciate being forced to upgrade. over $32 retirement break. They advertise in beginning a much lower rate, but at the end charge you for fed and state filing. False advertising. Nothing is free!! Will not use next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
