There is a glitch in your system

I have used turbo tax for any years to file my taxes. I was very glad when you added the feature to take a snap sot of your w2 and add it from your phone to your computer.
Except, there was a glitch, that almost gave me a heart attack! When i took a snap shot of my 1099-G and imported it, it now said instead of getting a return, we now owed $7,590,583,736.00 I actually took a picture of it with my phone to show my mom, so she knew I wasn't making it up. It took me a few hours to even figure out what to do to fix it..
I have told everyone I know to be very careful when using turbo tax.

Turbo Tax works Quickly and Easily

It’s easy to use. I did my taxes and filed taxes quickly and easily. I forgot about a form and they were rejected. Turbo tax notified me immediately and helped me step by step to fix the problem. I’ve used Turbo tax many times and have always been happy with it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax Sucked this year

Your software knew what my problem was and would not assist me in helping figure it out and it seemed like they wanted me to purchase a package to get some help.

Quick and Easy

This program is quick and easy to use. They upload previous years information and import the W2 for you, allowing everything to be as accurate as possible.
