You guys make it horribly difficult to use and locate the free version of your app. It kept switching me to the one that charges even though I more than qualify for the free version.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

Easy to use but do not like extra fee

It is very easy to use Turbo Tax. The only thing I do not like is the extra $40 fee to file using our federal return. Processing fee shouldn't be that high, shouldn't really be one but def not that high.
