Prompt to file state taxes after federal, please

I’ve used TurboTax my entire adult life and generally have a great experience. This year, however, after submitting my federal return, I wasn’t prompted to file my state taxes and assumed both were completed. I also didn’t receive any follow-up emails or reminders about the missing state return, which is surprising given how proactive TurboTax usually is with notifications.
Not a deal-breaker, but this workflow gap could easily lead to missed filings and should be addressed.

Turbo Tax Is Fantastic!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has been a great experience. I enjoy not just doing my own taxes trough Turbo but I also receive live help from experts if needed. I would definitely recommend.

To many fees

Turbo Tax is decent

It was really obnoxious that I had to constantly re-establish a tab with my cursor because the script is too large and I didn't have the ability to scroll down otherwise.

Good for basic returns

Fairly easy to use for processing basic information, but if you have specific details to add it can be confusing on where to add it in. Try to up-sale every few steps which gets annoying.
