Really fast even on mobile

Honestly really fast. I don't remember why I stopped using them but happy to be back. I needed to use their loan feature this year. Time are hard and I need money ASAP and taxslayer doesn't offer that

Turbotax charged me $128 and did not say what was causing a unique tax situation that required me to pay money to file my own darn taxes. I WILL NOT be using this service EVER again

TurboTax makes money for doing nothing.

I didn't like the extra fees tacked on. I had to pay 35 dollars to use direct deposit instead of their free credit card. Also it wanted me to log into my bank website for the direct deposit as well. why ? I filled out everything myself and still had to pay a total of 100 dollars to get my money.

Easy to use. I wish one could see the various forms after working on each as the return progresses.
PS: I don't like that you pimp checking accounts Credit Karma (for a no fee refund on a screen that says your refund will cost you $35) and then a few clicks later offer the traditional direct deposit into a bank account at no cost. That kind of a tactic is slimy; one that I'd expect from a used car salesman.
