Eases My Nerves

I am always nervous doing taxes, and every year I am pleasantly surprised by how easy it is. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I felt that I was filing accurately. I don't know why my brain resets after each submission, but I am continually grateful for the simplicity.

Glitchy

I had problems with several of the features. The main problem being the uploading of W-2s when I would try to take a picture it would kick me out and I would have to log back in. When I attempted to upload the w2 it said it was not supported even though the file type was listed as a supported type. File taxes is already a pain and while the hiccups weren't major it was just enough to make the process super frustrating.

the deductions ad itemizing . i strat with a big number and it graudally drops througout the filing . i never recieved the max or mcuh at all

Overall I liked turbo tax , disappointed I couldn’t get free turbo tax submission due to student loan interest.
