BAD service

They make it seem as if you need to pay for this service. I only needed to file a simple tax return and found out later that I could have filed my taxes for free. They seem to catch everything else but they did not inform me that since I did a simple return, it could have been free.

Quick and Computer User Friendly!

Fairly easy to file even if you have alot to add. Cost is more than I'd like, but in hindsight it quit fast having everything laid out for you.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

It's Ok

Problem with Verification to my email address - was not receiving - had to change to another email address
FYI was a brand-new account I had created just for taxes, had tested account, so no way was I blocking Intuit, and I checked SPAM folder - also no alternative (did not offer send TXT msg to cellphone)

When I logged back in did not pick up where I left off
Tiresome repeated attempts to sell additional services
When I was at final step - wanted to send updates to wrong (see above) email - even though I had changed my Intuit account to an email address that worked

Turbo Tax is OK.

Irritating that Turbo Tax ask for more money through out by offering assistance. When fixing errors at completion of tax information, I would fix and it would still bring me back to the same place.....round and round. I filed last year with Turbo Tax and at the end it wouldn't give me the option to pick this, so I had to select that I mailed it in....frustrating. Please fix.
