Ellen M and Kenosha were great representatives and were extremely helpful when figuring out an ongoing issue when filing my taxes. We spent countless hours on the phone and they remained helpful and positive even though it felt like we were going in circles.

Pricing is misleading

Your original charge for filing federal taxes was quoted at $40. When I checked out, the charge was $89. I needed the taxes filed so I was at a dead end. I think your payment quotes are misleading.
